Soane was a leading architect of the early 19thC. He rebuilt the Bank of England but his Dulwich Picture Gallery is his only building still standing. His eccentric home in London is open to visitors

Angela has made extensive research into this little known but fascinating aspect of the post WW2 process of remembrance, reconciliation and rehabilitation by the German people of their darkest period of history
